We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged .

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, once the product has been received and checked.

Customers can choose from:

• Return it directly to our store in Barcelona .

To exchange an item for a different size or color , follow the same return process and then purchase the correct product through our website .

Customized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
