Online Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, once the product has been received and inspected.

Customers can choose from:

• Send the product through our online return process.
• Return it directly to our store in Barcelona.

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same return process and then purchase the correct product through our website.

Customized items cannot be returned , refunded, or exchanged.

Items on promotion and discount are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
